Compensation: $175,000 base + $25,000 annual bonus

 Reporting to the Executive Vice President of the ISR Division, Whit will be responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of ISR Operations including staff, programs, polices and procedures. That includes Program Management and Planning/ Tracking (PMAP/PMAT) execution, as well as Small Program execution as a program manager to keep current on PM tools.

 Other functions include resource tasking management (oversee the Director of ISR Engineering), indirect budget management (oversee the Director of ISR Engineering), managing Company Planning and Performance Measurement (CPPM) reviews for all of ISR, and conducting weekly staff meetings.
